This Privacy Policy applies to the Website with the URL address: fundacjawebdone.pl.

The Operator of the website and the Controller of personal data is the Webdone Charity (in Polish: “Fundacja Webdone”).

The e-mail address at which you can contact the operator is: kontakt@fundacjawebdone.pl.

The operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

distributing a newsletter

holding online chats

processing enquiries made via forms

performing the ordered services

presenting offers or information.

The Website obtains information about users and their behavior in the following way:

a) through the data that are provided voluntarily in the forms and entered in the Operator’s systems

b) by placing cookies on the end devices of its users.


2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

For the purpose of data protection, the Operator makes regular backups.

Important elements of data protection include regular updates of all the software used by the Operator for the purpose of personal data processing, in particular regular updates of the programming components.


3. Web hosting

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: ATTHOST.pl

 

4. Your rights and additional information about how your data are used

In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded with you or for compliance with obligations to which the Controller is subject. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

a hosting company entrusted with the processing of personal data

authorized employees and associates who use such data to fulfill the purpose of the running of the website

the businesses that provide marketing services to the Controller.

The Controller will not process your personal data longer than it is necessary for the performance of activities related to such data and set out in separate provisions of the law (for example those that govern bookkeeping). Marketing data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

You have the right to obtain from the Controller:

access to your personal data

the rectification of your personal data,

the erasure of your personal data,

the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing set out in 3.3 c) with respect to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, but the right to object cannot be exercised where there are legally valid and legitimate grounds for processing, overriding interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.

Actions may be taken with respect to you that involve automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purposes of the provision of services under a concluded agreement and for the purpose of the pursuit of direct marketing activities by the Controller.

Personal data are transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection provisions. This means that we transfer such data outside the EU.

 

5. Information in forms

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by users, including personal data, if such data are provided.

The Website may log information about connection parameters (timestamps, IP addresses).

In some cases, the Website may record information that makes it easier to link the data in a given form and the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears in the URL address of the page containing the form.

The data provided in forms are processed for the purposes that follow from the function of each such form, for example to process service requests or business contacts, register services, and so on. In each case, the context of the form and its description show clearly what the form is intended for.

 

6. The Controller’s logs

Information about the behavior of users on the website may be logged. Such data are used for the purpose of administering the website.

 

7. Relevant marketing techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic with the help of Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the United States). The Operator provides the operator of this service with anonymized information, not with personal data. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With respect to the information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the  information that results from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

 

8. Information about cookies

The Website uses cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended to facilitate the use the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on end devices, and a unique number.

The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and gains access to these files is the Website operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

maintaining the Website user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to reenter his/her login and password on every subpage of the Website;
